When you register your vacancy with your local Riddells branch, a trained consultant will identify your needs and match staff that are appropriate to your requirements. Critical to this is a full understanding of your business. Your Riddells consultant will schedule a meeting to undertake a detailed fact finding exercise. The consultant you meet is then your point of contact with Riddells, and will be dedicated to your recruitment assignment.
